Terms & Conditions

Defective items : You may return any defective or non-defective items as described on our website within 30 days of receipt of your order. Before returning any such item, please notify customer service by e-mail at doguera@doguera.com by confirming your order number and the nature of the defect. We will reply to your e-mail to arrange the return of the item.
The item must be returned in accordance with the Return Items section. When accepted as defective or poorly described, we will refund the full amount and shipping costs incurred.
We will not reimburse you for defects that do not arise from the manufacturing process, that is to say. Those resulting from accidental or deliberate damage or damage caused by misuse of the object.

 
Refunds : If you change your mind about an item you purchased, it will accept its return and refund the cost of the item. The return fees are paid by the customer.
Items can only be accepted for refund if returned within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse to accept items returned after the 30-day period.
Items returned must be in the condition that are sent to you and reusable. Items that have been worn or washed are soiled or otherwise damaged will not be accepted for refund.
Crumpled items not properly folded or requiring a new marking or repacking will be subject to replenishment costs to cover the cost of returning the item to a reusable condition.

 

Exchange : We do not exchange items. However if you require a different item to that which you have purchased you can return the original item subject to the conditions set out in the Refunds section then order the alternative item via our website in the normal way.

 

Returning Items : Before returning an item for any reason please advise Customer Services by e-mail at doguera@doguera.com confirming your name and order number and indicating the reason for the return. You should ensure that the item you are returning is securely packaged in such a way as to avoid damage to it whilst in transit back to us. You should use a delivery service that provides a “signed for” and tracking service. We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit back to us.

Once the item is received back at our Distribution Depot we will deal with your refund. Refunds will be made via the same means as used to purchase the item

Undelivered Items : Rejected or undelivered items will be returned to us by the shipper. If you require us to re-send the item we will do so subject to payment of a standard shipping charge. If you do not request us to re-send it we will treat your order as cancelled and refund the amount paid less a standard shipping charge.
